F-Sim Space Shuttle privacy policy

We value your privacy and therefore do not collect any personal or sensitive information. This privacy policy explains which kind of non-personal information we collect and how we use it:

1. Data collected automatically

While running, F-Sim Space Shuttle periodically (at most once every 6 hours) checks the fsim.com web server for updated news to display. These communications do not contain any sensitive information and are therefore sent unencrypted. They are logged in our web server’s access log, and we also use them to collect the following information:

• The type and model of your device and the version of your operating system
• The version of F-Sim Space Shuttle
• An ID of your installation (a random value chosen when you started F-Sim Space Shuttle for the first time)
• Some of F-Sim Space Shuttle’s statistics, e.g. how often you’ve played F-Sim Space Shuttle
• Some of F-Sim Space Shuttle’s settings, e.g. whether you chose tilt or stick controls

We use this data for statistical purposes to help us improve our app. We do not share it with third parties.

2. E-Mails

If you send us an e-mail, we will try to respond personally. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose. In particular, we will not use it to send you marketing material, and of course we will never disclose your e-mail address to third parties.

3. Access to the photo album

To be able to save recorded replays to your Camera Roll, our app asks for permission to access your photo library. If access is granted, we only use it to save video replays created by F-Sim Space Shuttle to your library. We will never read the contents of your photo or video library.
